Having lived and worked in several U.S. cities, she brings a broad understanding of diverse markets and a deep appreciation for what makes each community unique. She expertly guides clients through one of life’s most significant financial decisions — with equal parts strategy, empathy, and insight.
Before real estate, Lauren spent years in international retail product development, honing her negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills — all of which now serve her clients daily. (Her shoe collection may not be as useful, but it has proven versatile for everything from touring undeveloped lots to hosting open houses.)
She believes real estate is more than a transaction — it’s about building trust, creating opportunity, and helping clients invest wisely in their future.
When she’s not with clients, you’ll find Lauren cheering on the local swim team (Go Wave!), discovering new bakeries, or visiting Frying Pan Farm. She and her husband, Jay, can be seen all over Northern Virginia — often while carrying their kids’ coats and water bottles.
