Keiara is the Operations Manager and Lauren’s right-hand gal at Lauren Smith Homes. She helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—from coordinating events, assisting with transactions to organizing systems and making sure every detail is handled with care.
With a love for planning, problem-solving, and supporting the team, Keiara plays a big part in creating a seamless and positive experience for all of our clients. She’s passionate about connecting with people and making sure everyone feels valued, supported, and well taken care of throughout the process. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail help foster strong relationships and ensure every experience feels personal and professional.
When she’s not busy keeping things in motion, you can find her homeschooling, in the Starbucks drive thru or spending time outdoors.
